On January 17, State Troopers arrested 42-yer old Michael Skinner of Mattydale for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher and driving with an inadequate plate lamp.
Skinner was stopped on State Route 370 in the Town of Cato for having an invalid plate light. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Skinner was transported to the Auburn State Police barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .08%.
Skinner was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Cato Town Court on January 29, 2018.
