Verna Lee Decker, 90, of Seneca Lake Terrace in Geneva, passed away on Saturday (January 13, 2018) at the Geneva Living Center North.
The family will celebrate her life in the spring. Verna lived a wonderful life and will be missed.

Verna was born in Louisville, KY and has been a resident of Geneva for many years. She was the daughter of the late Richard Norman and Rosalie Binder. Verna worked as an agent in the FBI during World War 11.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years Raymond Decker Sr. of Geneva; Verna was a loving mother to two sons Raymond Jr. (Janet) of Woodbridge, Va. and Richard (Utchie) of Weddington, N.C.; seven grandchildren Lisa, Lori, Raymond III, Evan, Leigh Ann, Ryan and Justin and their spouses; eleven great-grandchildren; and caring friends Dorothy Newcomb, Nancy Long and Andy Clark.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Verna.
