Circular enerG LLC has withdrawn it’s application on file with the Romulus Town Planning Board to build a mega trash incinerator at the former Seneca Army Depot . The Town got both an e-mail and letter from the company’s lawyers late last week. Instead the Rochester based start up is filing an Article 10 request to make the State Public Service Commission the lead agency for determining the suitability of the 365 million dollar project. The State would set up Siting panels to study the plan. Lawyers for Circular enerG still plan to attend tonight’s Romulus Town Planning Board meeting to explain themselves.
