The Pennsylvania man accused of killing a Big Flats resident during a home invasion in November is back in New York and is facing 13 counts, including first and second degree murder.
32-year-old Curtis Burrows is accused of fatally shooting 60-year-old Timothy Webster at Webster’s Reasor Hollow Road home and stealing his truck back on November 2nd. Authorities say the Mansfield resident also tried to abduct a woman in Corning prior to the fatal shooting. Burrows initially blocked his extradition but waived it last Wednesday. In addition to the murder charges, Burrows also pleaded not guilty to grand larceny, criminal use of a firearm, burglary and robbery.
He is now being held in Chemung County Jail with his next court appearance set for late February
