A number of classrooms were damaged at Keuka College after a water pipe burst in Allen Hall late Monday night.
College officials say the pipe was connected to the fire suppression system on the building’s third floor. The building, which houses the College’s Art and Design program, sustained heavy damage and is currently uninhabitable. All of the arts and ASL classes, along with the college’s Office of Human Resources, are being relocated from Allen Hall. The College is looking into several options for classroom, office, lab and studio space for the programs.
Students return from the break and field period study at Keuka early next month.
