On January 1 State Troopers arrested 43-year old Timothy Williams of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08, moving unsafely from a lane and speeding.
While on patrol, Troopers observed a vehicle off the roadway on State Routes 5 and 20 in the Town of Aurelius. Williams was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.
He was transported to the Auburn State Police barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .09. Williams was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Aurelius Court on January 10.
