A 27-year-old Seneca Castle man is facing several charges after allegedly firing a gun inside a home. Investigators say Tyler DiCicco fired the gun inside his home during the day on New Year’s Eve.
Authorities say DiCicco then left the gun inside a vehicle that wasn’t his. DiCicco has been charged with reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and criminal possession of a weapon.
DiCicco was taken to Ontario County Jail, and will answer the charges in Seneca Town Court at a later date.
