On December 22 State Troopers arrested 77-year old Robert McQueeney of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and failure to use designated lane.
McQueeney was stopped on North Division Street in the City of Auburn for failing to use designated lane. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.
McQueeney was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .12.
McQueeney is scheduled to appear in the City of Auburn Court on December 29.
