On December 20 State Troopers arrested 23-year old Brandon Long of Baldwinsville for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and moving from lane unsafely.
Long was stopped on State Route 370 in the Town of Cato after Troopers observed him crossing the line several times. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.
Long was transported to the Auburn State Police barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .10.
Long was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Cato Town Court on January 15, 2017.
