The Waterloo Police Department reports that on December 13th, 2017 at about 2:31am, officers arrested Derrick O. Taylor, age 48, of 78 Inslee St in Waterloo. Taylor was charged with Harassment in the second degree, a violation. The charges stem from the report of a domestic dispute where it is alleged that Taylor struck another Village of Waterloo resident and threw them to the ground. Taylor was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released, and is to appear back in the Village of Waterloo Court on 1-3-18 at 5:00pm.
