— A investigation into money missing from the Business Development and Tourism Council in Phelps has led to the arrest of a employee by Ontario County deputies. 30 year old Sarah Hamilton of Phelps has been charged with one count of falsifying business records. A charge of Grand larceny is pending once an audit is completed. It’s been determined so far, that she allegedly misappropriated 4-thousand dollars. A final audit will be competed before a trail date in January
