A Waterloo man is being charged with harassment. Police say 48-year-old Derrick Taylor was arrested early Wednesday morning after assaulting a man and throwing them to the ground. Taylor was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and then released, but will return to court on January 3rd.
