Frances I. Kerns, age 95, passed away peacefully on Tuesday (December 5, 2017) at the Clifton Springs Hospital Nursing Home.
A celebration of life will be held at the Spa at a date to be determined after the holidays. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Sandhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to ABVI 422 S. Clinton Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.
Frances was born August 7, 1922, in Turbotville, Pa. the daughter of the late Willis and Hazel Fuller. She was retired from Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic after many years in the Special Services Dept.
Frances is survived by her children Myrla (Bruce) Elliott of Batavia, Beverly Kerns of Rochester; son-in-law, James Corbett of Newark; four
grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; Special friends Joyce Langdon and Ken Smith.
Frances is predeceased by her husband, Oscar R. Kerns; siblings Woodrow Fuller, Irven Fuller, Daniel Fuller, Olive Weidenhamer and Carolyn Corbett.
