On Monday, November 27, 2017, at 1:45 PM the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Sean M. Osterhout, age 42, of 142 Fall Street Seneca Falls, New York following a domestic incident. During the incident, Osterhout shoved, unlawfully restrained and prevented another resident from calling for police assistance. Osterhout was charged with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, harassment in the second degree, and petit larceny. He was arraigned in the Tyre Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail/$2,000 bond. Osterhout is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/04/2017 at 5:30 PM.
A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
