Failing to use a turn signal has led to charges against a 26-year old Locke man.
On November 23, Brian Cummings was stopped on State Route 38 in the Town of Moravia for failing to use a proper signal. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Cummings was transported to the State Police station in Moravia where he provided a breath sample of .12.
Cummings was charged with felony driving while intoxicated due to a previous conviction within ten years, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and insufficient use of a turn signal in less than 100 feet.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Moravia Court on December 14.
