On Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at 12:11 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeremiah P. Hall, age 37, of Seneca Falls for Harassment in the Second Degree. Hall threatened another Seneca Falls resident during a domestic incident. Hall was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance. An stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
At 4:29 am, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeremiah Hall again after he violated the order of protection that had just been issued by contacting the victim and making threats. Hall was charged with Harassment in the First Degree and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Hall was arraigned again in the Village of Waterloo Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 bail/ $ 1000.00 secure bond. Hall will appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on November 29, 2017 at 10:00 am to answer to the charges.
