The NY State Police reports Troopers on Monday arrested 34-year old Joshua Schooley of Weedsport for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, operating a motor vehicle with an invalid inspection certificate and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Schooley was stopped on Clark Street Road in the Town of Aurelius for having an expired inspection certificate. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. He was also in possession of a baggie containing marijuana.
Schooley was transported to the Auburn State Police barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .16% BAC. Schooley will appear in the Town of Aurelius Court at a later date.
