A Seneca Falls woman is facing multiple drug charges after a drug raid at her home.
61-year-old Ann Rodriguez is charged with 2 counts of 3rd-degree possession of a controlled substance, as well as one count of 3rd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Police say Rodriguez was selling cocaine in the area.
Rodriguez is being held on $10,000 bail.
On November 1, 2017, at about 10:00am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Ann Rodriguez, age 61, of 13 Van Renssalaer Sreet, Lot 2, Seneca Falls, New York. The arrest stems from an investigation into the sale and possession of cocaine in the Town of Seneca Falls. Sheriff’s Investigators executed a search warrant at the residence and discovered cocaine that was allegedly possessed with the intent to sell. Rodriguez was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies, and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony. It is further alleged that Rodriguez sold cocaine prior to the execution of the search warrant. Rodriguez was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court where she was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 secured bond. Rodriguez is scheduled to appear on 11/05/17 at 10:00am in the Town of Tyre Court. The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation.
