On October 27, State Troopers arrested 57-year old Donna Caza of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Caza was stopped by Troopers conducting a DWI checkpoint on State Route 34 in the Town of Sennett. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. She was also found in possession of a baggie containing marijuana and a glass smoking device containing marijuana residue.
Caza was transported to the State Police barracks in Auburn where she provided a breath sample of .12% BAC.
Caza was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sennett Court on November 22, 2017.
