STEPS has many exciting things being planned for the fall season, many reasons to get out and enjoy the community around you. As always we would love to talk with you about ideas you may have, or if you are new to STEPS point you in the right direction of groups and projects that you might like to participate in. We currently have 3 focus groups that meet ; Increasing Economic & Educational Opportunities , Improving the Physical Environment, and Improving Personal Health and Wellness. STEPS Community Cooking Classes
See Flyer below for more information. Due to the popularity of last year’s Cooking Class programs the classes will continue this year. Class topics have been set with dates,locations and times to follow. Watch our newsletters for more details as each date gets closer.
All Classes will be held at the Ovid Fire Department Community Room from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Interlaken Community Halloween Party and Parade
Join the community in it’s annual Halloween fun! The Parade steps off at the Interlaken Reformed Church promptly at 4:45 p.m. and continues down main street ending at the Interlaken Fire Department. There will be fun, food, wagon rides, and costume prizes . We hope to see you there.
Trick or Trot Barlow Benefit
This past Sunday the STEPS community came together to support the Barlow family. 120 Community members ran or walked the 5k or 1 mile routes. Over $3000 was raised to help with the expenses related to Lily Barlow’s illness. Enjoy some pictures from the day.
