Prompted by a rash of recent home burglaries, car break ins and bike thefts, Geneva Police are offering some prevention tips. They say lock doors, close windows, leave valuables out of plain sight at home and in your car. Chain your bikes up when not in use. That makes them harder to steal them. The Department warns “break-ins can happen in any neighborhood.” Lt. Matt Valenti says there have been a spike in cases throughout the city and they fear some crime is going unreported
