Linda Thomas, 74, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, (October 8, 2017) at her home with her loving and devoted family by her side.
There will be a private graveside service in Saint Mary’s Cemetery at the family’s convenience.

Linda was born on June 7, 1943 in Newark, the daughter of the late Robert L. and Elizabeth E. (Andrews) MacGibbon. She was a 1961 graduate of Port Byron High School and a graduate of CCBI in Syracuse. She worked at Guaranteed Parts Company in Seneca Falls for over 20 years. She continued working as, Deputy Clerk, for Seneca County, retiring in 2003. She was a Cub Scout Leader, Secretary for the Little League and served on the board of the Waterloo Recreation Center. She was a devout Syracuse sports fan, loved the Buffalo Bills and the New York Yankees. Her greatest love was her family (grandchildren).
She is survived by, her husband of 50 years (May 6, 1967), Joseph (Ron); her twin sons Christopher (Renee) and Brian Thomas; her grandchildren Joseph, Elizabeth, Emma and Julia; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many friends.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Diane Russell; and nephew Danny Smith.
