The retrial of a Tompkins County man accused of 2nd-degree murder has resulted in a guilty verdict.
23-year-old Nagee Green was found guilty of stabbing 19-year-old Anthony Nazaire and another man during a fight on the Cornell University campus in August of 2016. Nazaire later died of his wounds at Cayuga Medical Center, while the other victim was treated and released. Green was found guilty of assault at his initial trial in June, but jurors were deadlocked on the 2nd-degree murder charge.
Green will be sentenced November 6th.
