On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at 4:00 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division arrested Shane M. Baker, age 27, of Romulus for Felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th. The arrest was the result of an investigation into the sales of controlled substances in Seneca Falls. Baker was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a quantity of a controlled substance at the time of the arrest. Baker was additionally charged with Felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5TH. He was arraigned on both charges in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Baker was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 insurance bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 28th at 1:30pm. The Seneca County Sheriffs Office and Seneca County Probation Department assisted with the investigation
