A Seneca Falls man was injured Thursday morning in a car – motorcycle collision.
Seneca Falls Police were notified around 7:30am of a personal injury accident on State St. at the intersection of Chapel St. 24-year old Jeremy Brown of Seneca Falls was southbound on State St on his motorcycle when a vehicle driven by 26-year old Daniel Taliercio of Rose, NY made a left turn from Chapel St into the path of Brown’s motorcycle. Brown was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Strong Memorial Hospital for a leg injury. Taliercio and his passenger were uninjured.
Taliercio was issued a summons for Failure to Yield the Right of Way and Brown was issued summons for not having a motorcycle license and operating an unregistered and uninspected motorcycle. Both are to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
