GENEVA-Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing Surgical Technology Program celebrated its third graduating class on August 3, 2017.
Graduates include Madison Arnold, Penn Yan; McKenzie Colf, Stanley; Jasmine DeLong, Seneca Falls; Lisa Eldridge, Rock Stream; Jacki Garland, Wolcott; Nicole Norris, Clyde; Victoria Secor, Geneva and Maria Thomas, Seneca Falls.
Dr. Victoria Record, EdD, RN, and Melissa Daniels-Dolan, AS, CST presented the
Surgical Technologist Student Achievement Award, recognizing the student with the highest academic achievement in the Surgical Technology program, to Maria Thomas.
Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing, in partnership with Geneva General Hospital, offers a full time program that is flexible and conducive to the adult learner seeking a career as a surgical technologist. This academic program will lead to a certificate in surgical technology awarded by Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing after completing 11 months of rigorous training.
