Clyde– David Blasczak, M.D., family medicine physician at Clyde Family Health Center, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), has been acknowledged as an Assistant Clinical Professor for the 2017-2018 academic year.
Dr. Blasczak has been a clinical preceptor in the Physician Assistant (PA) Program providing education and training in Family Medicine for nearly 45 different RIT PA students for nearly twenty years. He recently received the Outstanding Clinical Preceptor of the Year award at RIT as part of the Annual PA Program Awards and White Coat Ceremony.
Dr. Blasczak earned his medical degree from Creighton University, Omaha, NE. He completed a Family Practice Residency at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, PA.
