On August 20, 2017, State Troopers arrested 29-year old Ulysses Martin of Syracuse for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and moving from lane unsafely.
Troopers were dispatched to Franklin Street in the Town of Sennett for a property damage accident. Martin was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to SP Auburn where he provided a breath sample of .21% BAC.
Martin was arraigned at the Town of Owasco Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail en lieu of $1,500 cash/$3,000 bond. He is to reappear at the Town of Sennett Court on August 23, 2017.
