Approximately 100-THOUSAND race fans made their way to Watkins Glen International last weekend to watch NASCAR and of those approximately 100-THOUSAND, only three were arrested by Schuyler County Sheriff’s Deputies.
53-year-old James Dizoglio, of Berlin, New Hampshire, was charged with selling tickets without having the proper licensing. He pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct.
32-year-old Dustin Small, of Pennsylvania, was charged with driving while ability impaired after being involved in a property damage accident at the track. He was issued an appearance ticket.
27-year-old Nathan Herman, of LeRoy, was also issued an appearance ticket after he allegedly stole a cooler containing a cell phone. He was charged with petit larceny.
