The investigation into a fire alarm activation at Romeo Village Apartments in Montour Falls resulted in the arrest of four people on drug charges Tuesday.
While firefighters were investigating the alarm, they discovered suspicious items and contacted law enforcement. After executing a search warrant, the four were arrested by Schuyler County Sheriff’s Deputies on felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. Charged were 52 year old Daniel Decker, 32 year old Melissa Oquendo and 19 year old Rachel Pyhtila, all of Montour Falls, along 54 year old Kevin Teed of Watkins Glen.
All four were sent to Schuyler County Jail.
