A second suspect in the death of an 11 year old Norwich girl was arraigned Monday on a first-degree murder charge.
34 year old Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding, of Norwich, faces life in prison if found guilty in the death of Jacelyn O’Connor. According to a felony complaint, the 11 year old was killed by smothering during the course of a forcible rape during the early morning hours of July 30th.
36 year old James Brower, also of Norwich, was arrested last week for first-degree murder. He pleaded not guilty during his arraignment. According to the District Attorney’s office, the suspects are a couple. O’Connor was the half-sister of Brower’s two sons.
Rundstrom-Wooding will be back in court Tuesday
