A trespassing report early Saturday morning in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 36 year old Penn Yan man.
Kristopher Mahan is accused of entering the Mustang Pub, an establishment he has been banned from multiple times. While being processed at police headquarters, Mahan was allowed to use the restroom. When officers attempted to place him back into handcuffs, Mahan pulled away. Officers displayed a taser while issuing verbal commands to Mahan to go to the floor. After being arraigned on charges of trespassing and obstruction of governmental administration in village court, Mahan attempted to pull away from officers again and started to bang his head on a wall.
After being brought under control, Mahan was again charged with obstruction of governmental administration. He was sent to Yates County Jail.
