LOU GUARD
The Geneva City Council next Wednesday is expected to appoint Lou Guard to fill the remainder of Charlie Evangelista’s term as District 2 City Supervisor. Evangelista is becoming the Democratic Ontario County Election Commissioner. Guard, a Geneva native and 2007 graduate of Hobart, has been the colleges’ Chief of Staff and General Counsel since May 2014. Guard has the backing of city Democrats and intends to run for a full term.
