The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, July 26th at 5:15pm to celebrate the opening of Fleur De Lis Brew Works located at 3630 State Route 414, Seneca Falls.
The name Fleur De Lis portrays a lotus blossom or lily, a French symbol which is part of the Partee legacy and coat of arms. This farm brewery uses only New York ingredients including hops grown on property as well as naturally filtered limestone well water, giving the beer more of a distinctive quality.
“We are excited to welcome the Partee Family and Fleur De Lis Brew Works to our Chamber community,” said Mackenzie Green Membership Development Manager of the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce. “Their investment in our area is a true testament to the great strides being made in our local beverage industry in Seneca County and across the Finger Lakes Region.”
Hours of operation are Wednesday & Thursday 3-7pm, Friday 3-9pm, Saturday 11am-9pm and Sunday 11am-7pm. For more information visit fleurdelisbrewworks.com or call 315-665-BEER.
