The investigation into a house fire in the town of Campbell last March has resulted in the arrest of a Bath woman.
Shortly after 1 the morning of March 18th, Campbell firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire at 4945 County Route 17. The home was a total loss. A female resident, 32 year old Amber Landsborough, was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of burns. During the course of their investigation, Steuben County Sheriff’s Deputies discovered several items on the property that were consistent with the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Landsborough was charged this week with a felony count of unlawful disposal of meth manufacturing materials. She was issued an appearance ticket.
The investigation into the fire is continuing.
