Students at Auburn High have formed an ad-hoc anti-drug group called Auburn Unites. Tuesday night they are hosting an Awareness event at the Junior High at 6 PM to show the community how Auburn students are educating their peers and siblings, parents and community members on the escalating abuse issue in the county especially abuse of opioids. A new web page will be introduced that will have helpful information and resources for community members suffering from alcohol and substance abuse. Teacher Amy Cox tells us students have conducted a number of interviews which are posted to the website.
